Supporting Conception with Fertility Reflexology
Approximately one third of fertility issues are on the male side, one third on the female side and one third are issues on both the male and female sides.
Infertility can be linked to stress, anxiety and hormonal imbalances. These can cause Endometriosis, Polycystic Ovary Syndrome, irregular or no menstrual cycle etc. The ability to conceive can also be dependent on factors such as the foods you eat, your lifestyle and your occupation, affecting both parties in the relationship.
It is worthwhile having a course of Reflexology treatments before embarking on the more invasive, stressful and very expensive alternatives. Fertility Reflexology will gently re-balance the body bringing emotional and physical harmony and enhancing the body for conception. When we are stressed, our Reproductive, Digestive and Repair functions are paused and don’t work efficiently. When the body is relaxed and de-stressed, energy levels are restored to these areas. Regular Reflexology treatments help to maintain this relaxed state allowing the reproductive hormones to work more effectively by keeping the body in balance. Often when the client relaxes and feels they are actively doing something to help themselves, they get pregnant very quickly.
This treatment works great for men and women.
❤ if all else fails……
Alas, not all fertility issues can be corrected with Reflexology so it will be necessary to visit your GP for a referral for further investigations.
However, if Assisted Reproductive Techniques (ART) such as IVF, ICSI, IUI, Clomid or FET is required, it is now recommended to have reflexology during this stressful time. It can help to increase the success rate by reducing stress.
On your first session with me, we will need to complete a Fertility Consultation form which will be updated at each session. I also request that you bring any test reports with you. These will allow me to investigate further the right treatment for you.

We will get through this together 💜
It should also be noted that I am a member of the NRRI which allows you to claim back part/full payment of your treatment from your Private Health Insurance. Contact them first to confirm that you are covered.
My belief about healing is that each of us is his or her own healer; that healing comes primarily from within. I can assist you in your healing by doing various kinds of therapies, which will balance your energy centres and enhance your sense of well-being and harmony. Among the techniques that I use is Reflexology and Reiki. These therapies can be performed in person and Reiki can also be performed by long distance. During our consultations, we may discuss what's going on in your life, your health history, your childhood and other issues that have an influence on your emotional and physical well-being.
These discussions will be kept confidential, however with your permission, I may consult with other healers, therapists and physicians as appropriate to maximize the benefits to yourself.
I am not a medical practitioner and therefore do not diagnose disease or prescribe drugs.
I am a Certified Reflexology Therapist and Reiki Practitioner. At all times your healing is your responsibility, with my help. I do not advise you to discontinue any medical treatment you may be receiving. My work is intended to be in harmony with any other healing work that you undertake, including traditional medicine. Please feel free to discuss our work with your doctor.
I like to set up a regular schedule to work with you but there is never an obligation to continue treatment. Our sessions are usually 1 - 1.5 hours in duration. However because of the nature of my work sometimes sessions are longer. If you cancel an appointment please give as much notice as possible. I ask for full payment for the session if you cancel within 12 hours from the session time.
When performing treatments, I expect payment to be made by cash or card, at the time of treatment.
Available to purchase.
